DJ Sbu Is Back With A Bang

He announced his upcoming album, growth of Massiv Metro & a new MoFaya range

DJ Sbu is one of Mzansi's most respected entrepreneurs and street hustlers, his claim to fame initially being as a radio host, he worked his way up to being among the best DJ's in the country. His cut-throat entrepreneurial skills are what has driven him to make MoFaya & Massiv Metro a success today.

The veteran DJ has been promoting his press conference, which was held today at 10 am this morning, for weeks now and he finally made some ground-breaking announcements.

Always in the headlines for the right reasons, whether it is helping struggling South Africans with skills on how to make money or empowering his fellow black South Africans, he has always been a beacon of hope. Having worked with some of the best musicians Mzansi has to offer, from Kwaito to RnB, te DJ slash Radio Host, slash Entrepreneur has always pushed the boundaries.

His press conference highlighted just that, DJ Sbu announced his return to the music scene, with an album he plans to launch in October and a single that will release this Friday. Your guess of the single name is as good as ours but if the man who produced "Remember When It Rained" says he is releasing, we have no reason but to stan.

Following his first announcement, he detailed plans to change premises for Massive Metro and grow the radio station even bigger. Number 1 Knoxman is back indeed and he is taking no prisoners.

Much to the delight of many Mo Faya fans, Number 1 Knoxxman announced the launch of his Mo Faya soft drink range with a selection of 12 different flavours that have a Mo Faya flavour.

The brand has really come a long way and with the support of many local celebrities, DJ Sbu has pioneered the establishment of a local, black-owned brand that can compete with the best. Enjoying support from famous ZAlebs, since it's inception, like Da Les, Nhlanhla Nciza, Sizwe Dhlomo, Khanyi Mbau and The Naked DJ, just to name a few, the brand has grown to magnificent heights.

DJ Sbu continues to set the bar and pioneer Mzansi entrepreneurship, he also isn't afraid to share his industry secrets and knowledge with his fans. It seems there is a lot in store for him and his brand in the remainder of 2020 and we are here for it.

One thing is for sure, his upcoming album and single, which drops this Friday, are much anticipated.
