Shimza is one of South Africa’s most charitable media personalities. The star who has been in the entertainment industry for more than a decade is known and admired for his deejaying skills as well as his charitable side.
Over the years, the star has given back to the less fortunate on several occasions and he is doing it again. In the past few years, Shimza has been hosting an annual Christmas party for kids in Tembisa. At the Christmas party, he organises everything the children need.
A couple of days ago, Shimza gave back again when he donated school shoes to those in need.
Shimza is not the only ZAleb who gives back. According to several reports, Kabelo and Danny K’s Shout Foundation has raised millions of rands to make South African communities safer.
The musicians, who together established the Shout Foundation, have now taken a different route in their charitable work, raising over R7million in donations for Shout S.E.E.D Libraries.
A year ago, Skeem Saam’s Cornet Mamabolo melted the hearts of many South Africans when he achieved his dream of building a library in his village in Limpopo.
