Following the accusations that reality TV star Faith Nketsi-Njilo went under the knife for her snatched body. Nketsi-Njilo's attempt to rubbish those claims with old photos of herself goes south as awkward questions are put to her direction.
In her defense, Nketsi-Njilo has dug up photos of her herself from years ago to maintain her truth about her body being all natural. The Have Faith reality star have completely rubbished the accusations of having her work done but scores of tweeps are certainly not buying what Nketsi-Njilo is selling.

After being introduced to Nketsi-Njilo's old pictures, immediately tweeps went straight for the jugular with awkward questions and claims to her. Not convinced enough, tweeps slammed Nketsi-Njilo for having gone under the knife and even had some of ribs removed for a snatch, tiny waist.
Some celebrities and influencer never shied away from the fact that they went to Turkey to have Brazilian Butt Lifts. Sithelo Shozi was very forthcoming with her surgery, even former Real Housewives of Durban star Nonkanyiso 'LaC' Conco attributed her weight loss to having had a liposuction.
However, Nketsi-Njilo continues to claim that her all body is all natural and tweeps are certainly not buying what she is selling. Even those who knows Nketsi-Njilo from back in the days do beg to differ with her new found body.
