Tributes are continuing to pour in for the late actor Siyanda Sesimane who passed away this week after he was allegedly attacked and beaten during a burglary.

Several celebrities including the legendary actress Florence Masebe,  TV host, and actor Zola Hashatsi have since taken to their social media platforms to pay tributes to the late Soul City and The Estate actor.

The Republic star Florence Masebe said she is still trying to process the news of the actor's passing adding that nothing makes sense.

“This is the most heartbreaking thing I've heard today...I'm beyond shattered... It is not okay, it is not right," she said in a series of tweets.

Zola said Siyanda was a present father to his daughter and his love for her was commendable. He added, "I pray I never find the people that did this to you coz I don't know what I will do. It's emotionally, mentally, physically draining to write RIP every week. I am NOT okay."

Zola is the one who shared the sad news on Friday with a tweet that read, "Sad to announce the passing of my dear friend Siyanda Sesimani @SiyaSesimani in hospital. He has served on Thula's Vine, Ikhaye, Soul City, iSithembiso & The Estate. He was a son, a brother, a friend, and a Father. May his beautiful soul rest in peace #RIPSiyaSesimani."
The Estate production house Clive Morris Productions also released a statement following Siyanda's passing. “We are deeply saddened to hear about the passing of Siyanda Sesimani who played 'Dlamini' a security guard on #TheEstateOn3. We are so grateful to have experienced his talent. May he rest in perfect peace,” it said.

Mzansi Magic also passed their heartfelt condolences to Siyanda's family and friends. "Mzansi Magic would like to send heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Siyanda Sesimani. The young man shared his talent with us on shows such as Isithembiso and Ikhaya. Your contribution will forever be appreciated. Rest In Peace."
Siyanda's passing comes just a few days after the entertainment industry lost another talented artist DJ Dimplez. He passed away last week and he was laid to rest this Friday, 11 March.

“It is with deep sadness that the Mooi family announces the untimely passing of Boitumelo Athiel Mooi, popularly known as DJ Dimplez. He passed away on 6 March 2022, from a sudden brain haemorrhage. We ask for your space and respect as we process Tumi's tragic passing. Thank you for your understanding," his family said in a statement.
