Ambitiouz Entertainment

We don't think the entertainment industry was ever ready for the damage, Ambitiouz Entertainment was about to cause in 2016.

The power of Ambitiouz Entertainment all started when its artists Fifi Cooper and Emtee literally owned the Metro FM awards when each  winner walked away with a staggering R100 000 grand prize. Fifi and Emtee not only won one but 3 awards for Fifi and 6 awards for Emtee.

Combined, Ambitiouz Entertainment walked away with R900 000 in one night and from there on we've seen the record label and its artists win in every aspect of their music career.

Like when they released what we'd consider as one of the dopest hip hop music videos of 2016, Ameni by Ms Pru and various Ambitiouz Entertainment artists.

We loved how the director of the music video was inspired by elements from American, animated series Avatar. It was really a breath of fresh air seeing all the rump shaking, bottles popping and fake lifestyles of your typical hip hop music videos.

A reece

Then there was the rise and rise of one of its youngest rappers, A-Reece, who shook up the music industry with his single Mgani. The publicity stunt surrounding him and Natasha Thahane was a great move to help promote the video to as the media ate up their on-screen romance.

Just when we thought A-Reece was done he returned with a second single, Sebenza featuring Amanda Black which is also such a nice jam.

Speaking of Amanda Black, Ambitiouz Entertainment clearly showed us that they're here not for the piece of the pie but for the entire pie when they brought on board fomer Idols SA contestant now Ambitiouz member, Amanda who has stolen many hearts with her hit single Amazulu. Since the release of this song, the media has been wanting a piece of Amanda, but can you blame them? The song is fire.

DJ Citilyts, Saudi and Sjava

DJ Citylyts

With his single Vura featuring Saudi and Sjava, DJ Citilyts is also making a lot of waves in the hip hop industry. For those who don't know apperantly, DJ Citilyts is also Pro's little brother, Prokid that is not Proverb.

You have to commend Ambitiouz Entertainment for the great work they've put out this year only, the industry took note of the stable and definitely applauding them for their work.

Can't wait to see what they'll have in store for 2017.
