#IdolsSA: Group B Brought The House Down!

Were y'all impressed with Group B ?

Last night's edition of Idols season 15 was nothing short of all things dazzling and thrilling. After Group A brought the house down last week, the audience was anticipating Group B's performances.

Group B of this year's competition consists of an interesting and highly talented bunch including, Sneziey, Craig, Zia, Micayla, Luyolo, Nqobile, Innocentia and Treasure.

The song choices revealed just how multifaceted the contestants are. Genres such as gospel were thrown into the mix and the audience were here for it.

Many would agree that, Group A definitely did the things with their electrifying performances last week. This batch of contestants include, Viggy and Virginia Qwabe, Nolo Seodisha, Mmangaliso Gumbi, Andy Keys, Xola Toto, Sizwe Hlatshwayo, Dinky Kunene and Louise Nicholls.

Last night's episode received mixed reactions. Some viewers were of the view that, Group A set the bar way too high in the competition, therefore the disappointment emanates from that expectation.

Below are the talented contestants that make up Group B:

1. Snenhlanhla 'Sneziey' Msomi

This husky voiced star gave an impressive performance when she belted out Sbu Noah's Getsemane last night.

2. Nqobile Gumede

The Kwa - Mashu born singer slayed when she also took the gospel route by singing Kirk Franklin's 'Love Theory'.

.3. Craig Jacobs

20 year old Craig never disappoints. He gave a thrilling rendition of Sam Smith's 'Dancing With A Stranger'.

4. Zia Fiellies

The sweet voiced Zia truly did justice to Khalid's 'Better'.

5. Treasure Mngadi

Treasure's performance was definitely memorable as he gave his all on stage. Zedd's 'The middle' has never sounded this good.

6. Micayla Oelofse

Micayla has proven that she is not one to be messed with or easily forgotten. Her interpretation of Dua Lipa's 'New Rules' was one for the books.

7. Innocentia Sibi

Many have dubbed her as the underdog of the competition however there is no denying that Inno is a marvel to watch and listen to. Allessia would definitely be proud of Inno's rendition of her hit song, 'Scars to your beautiful'.

The competition is really tough on this season of Idols. Soon, the contestants will be narrowed down to Top 10. Hopefully all the deserving ones will make the cut.
