One of our favourite vocalists is celebrating a big milestone. J’Something, who is a member of the award-winning South African band Mi Casa, is now 30-years-old. That’s right, the BIG 30!
He took to Instagram to express what the past 30 years mean to him.
“Today is my birth day … I know most of you have so much praise to give me of which I am beyond honored and humbled for but I must be honest with you … what you see is not me. What you see is 30 years of sharpening that has come from God, from my family, my wife, my friends, and to a huge extent you reading this! What you see is 30 years of learning, of falling, of succeeding and of failing. Today I want to give all the glory and praise that I’ve ever received and will ever receive to my Jesus,” he wrote.
A few of our faves turned 30 this year, including Hulisani Ravele and Enhle Mbali Maphumulo.
We hope this age will be filled with great wisdom and a lot of beautiful and meaningful experiences.
