After taking a break from acting on soapies and focusing on her other endeavours, Katlego Danke is back and will be playing the character of Kgothalo Mokeona on Isidingo.
We haven’t seen Katlego do much acting since she left Generations, but that is soon to change come the 1st of November where she’ll make her debut on the SABC 3 soapie.
Speaking to Sunday World Katlego explained that this is not her acting comeback because as an actor she is always acting but on different platforms.
“It’s not my big acting comeback because within acting we do different things that people don’t get to see. I suppose as far as TV is concerned it’s my acting comeback because people last saw me on Generations and this is the next big thing that people will see me doing,”
Her most recent Instagram post is with veteran actor Sello Maake Ka Ncube, the two are probably working on a great film project together.
Katlego has also expressed her character as someone who is a no-nonsense taking, straight talker and a very strict businesswoman, which is far from the damsel in distress that was Dineo Mashaba on Generations.
