Award-winning musician Khulane Morule affectionately known as Khuli Chana, has been in the industry for over a decade and he continues to reap the fruits of his labour. To say Khuli Chana is one of Mzansi's hard working artists would be a major understatement. He has contributed immensely to the growth of the local hip hop industry as a game changer in the industry.

Khuli Chana continues to create an ever lasting legacy in the industry and it's beautiful to see. It is likely that his latest side hustle will sustain him well beyond his days in the music industry and we cannot wait to experience this chapter.

It is well known that the entertainment industry is quite unstable and unpredictable. As there are few and far between jobs, creative practitioners often have to diversify their talents to maintain income streams! The music producer has opened his very own content creation hub for creatives and we are here for it.

Taking to his Twitter account, he gave his fans a glimpse into his world class studios and we are in awe of what we have seen so far. Although the studios are not yet fully operational, according to the content creation's hub bio Khuli Chana's studios offer TV production facilities, sound, live streaming and music production.

The studios are located in Midrand Johannesburg. Khuli Chana shared a short clip on his Twitter account giving huis fans a look into his newly built studios.
Congratulations are flooding in.

"Wow, this is beautiful grootman @KhuliChana. Big CONGRATULATIONS and God bless. #ChanaPower."

"Ooooh this is dope! Congratulations Khuli!"

"Congratulations hope you will open job opportunities for the talented youth of Mzantsi.

Speaking to Daily Sun, Khuli Chana said that he has been approached by young talents who want to showcase their talents but don't have a platform to do so. Hence he decided to launch his own studios to give them a platform but he also wants to collaborate with others

"This is something that is close to my heart. I have been approached by many young talents who did not know where to go.

"This also gives me an opportunity to collaborate and grow with others," he told the publication.

Previously known as Khuli Chana, the musician now goes as Khuli Yano after he rebranded himself recently. The musician has joined a list of SA hip-hop stars who have  jumped on the Amapiano bandwagon.

Speaking to Drum Magazine he said he wanted to be versatile “I think as a musician you need to be free and open minded and to be fun. What I found was that hip-hop was not fun for me anymore. The culture of politics, always competing, competition that is not healthy. Who has got more money than who to egos,” he told the publication.

He also shared how he has been able to remain relevant in the industry. “It is the road less travelled. People only measure success by the hit song, the cars, the money. I think the successful people are those who have survived the drought in this game, if you can survive the drought and stand on your own two feet 10 or 20 years later, that is a real 'OG'. And when you have created a reputable brand and solid name for yourself,” he adds.
