The LockDown finale came way too early

lockdown

Lock Down on Monday night ended on such a high note our hands were just itching to see what will unravel in the next episode of the show. Unfortunately, we came to the quick realisation that there will be no Lock Down next week Monday.

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, you’ve read correctly, Lock Down won’t be appearing on our screens for a while, which means we’ll have to wait for a couple of months if not a year for the second season.

After weeks of riveting entertainment from the drama series, the last episode left us on a cliff-hanger as we thought we’d be seeing more of the show for the next week.

So if you missed out on the show last night, some of the highlights you missed out on include Sharon getting arrested, yes, Sharon the evil security guard is now an official prisoner herself after she had mistakenly ordered in a bunch of drugs into the prison.

So we know that Nomzamo Mbatha has been making a few appearances on the show but if the finale is anything to go by, we may be seeing more of Nomzamo Mbatha on the second season as well.

She was also imprisoned last night after large amounts of cocaine were found in her car after a random search by the police.

Sharon’s arrest was met with a lot of cheer from the viewers

To the producers of Lock Down: Please don’t make us wait a year for season two, we’re waiting with bated breath for what’s in store next.
