A lot has been said about Makhadzi. From her dark inner thighs, to her political affiliation with ANC that landed her in trouble. But not enough is said about the fact that she is an absolute phenomenon on stage. Anyone who has ever had the pleasure of watching her live on stage can attest to that, and we are willing to bet on that.
Nowhere was her performance prowess better demonstrated than at her recent concert in Malawi. While we may not have been present at the performance, just watching the video of her on stage transported us to the venue almost like we were there. Sharing on her Facebook page, the singer confessed that she made up lyrics to the song on the spot while the beat was playing, and everybody just went with it without noticing. Can you imagine the entire audience singing along to a song they had literally never heard before? Have a look at the video to understand the awe we are feeling right now.
That show is amazing, delivered by a singer who is nothing short of legendary. The dance moves, the flip, the stage presence … everything she does on stage works together so well. In fact we dare go as far as to say she is the next Brenda Fassie.

In addition to being an exemplary performer, the queen also works very hard to secure the bag. She stays booked and busy every month, and has been landing international gigs like crazy. She recently revealed that she would potentially go into business, after she had an incredible dream in which she met an entrepreneur. She woke up and chased the dream, and currently fans await a major announcement on that front, that she promised to make soon.
Makhadzi seems to also be doing as great in her personal life. Her ex-boyfriend and co-collaborator Master KG recently surprised her in a move that moved both her and all her fans. This is not forgetting the time Lady Du went all out for her. Clearly, everyone she knows thinks she is a great person to know. Well, probably except Busiswa, whom she wanted to fight that one time.

Although she has also been bullied multiple times, Makhadzi still lets her radiant soul shine through despite everything. We are excited to hear what her announcement is, and genuinely wish her the best in her career and her personal life as well, because she deserves all the flowers.
