Mampintsha To Launch 'Original Shandis Gin'

Mampintsha has taken his hustle to a whole new level by adding 'entrepreneur' to his biography. The muso has announced that he will be launching his own brand of gin, Original Shandis Gin.

Taking to his Instagram, Shimora posted a video saying his Original Shandis Gin will be dropping in December and asked his fans to support him as he elevates his hustles. He did mention that he is still in the process of doing some final mixes before the 'big' launch. 

Asking for his fans to wish him luck as he tries out a new business venture, "

In a previous post, he committed himself to growing and becoming a better person. He wrote, "The goal is to make everything around me grow...Including myself."

This is not his only hustle, apart from being a West Ink boss, he had started his own food business called Emakhishini. He had flooded his Instagram wall with pictures of the different cuisines asking people to support local also adding contact number. His food business is based in Elamont.

Showing his growing business and the support from Andile Mpisane, he posted a video thanking him for purchasing 40 plates of food.

Mampintsha is just the latest ZAleb to join the bandwagon of celebrities who have their own alcohol beverages. AKA has partnered with Cruz Vodka signing a multi-million rand contract for his own watermelon flavour. Moozlie is also the latest to join the family with the introduction of the flavour, Manhattan Blossom.

Kelly Khumalo is also a proud owner of Controvery Gin which comes in a sophisticated black bottle. Kelly's life has been filled with a lot of controversies of late, and she did not shy away from embracing her controversial title with the name of her gin.

Other Mzansi celebs to venture into the alcoholic beverage industry include the larger than-life TV star Bonang Matheba who launched her MCC House of BNG. Before that Khanyi Mbau launched her gin I am Khanyi.

One ZAleb who told her supporters to not hold their breath when it comes to having their own Gin is media personality Lerato Kganyago. The personality made one thing clear, she is not about to make a Flutter by LKG gin. A tweep suggested that LKG should join the Gin making industry, by impressing her idea with a design sample of what the Flutter by LKG Gin bottle would look like. As much as Lerato was impressed with the design, what she made clear is that she has no intentions of diversifying into gin.
