Former Rhythm City actress Mapula Mafole breaks her silence following her feeling extremely under the weather. Mafole have social media into a frenzy as industry friends and fans have rallied behind her with love and support during this trying time.

Although Mafole did not go into details pertaining the situation she is currently enduring. However, the cry for help tweet was alarming enough for her industry friends, fans and followers to wish the actress a speedy recovery.

Mapula Mafole talks about having endured so much in life yet still need to put on a brave face. Although hopefully that her current situation is only intermittent but she believes all will pass in due time.

"I have not been okay at all but ive had to put on the bravest face of my life. But i know this too shall pass. Just want to send love and light to anyone going through a difficult time. Whatever it may be, keep your head up. This too shall pass #wednesday" wrote Mapula Mafole
In the past, Mzansi have lost quite a number of artists, creatives, actors and actresses due to depression as well as anxiety. However, the public also learned that the so called celebrities does not find talking, especially on social  media as another tool to heal and overcome.

It is however the pedestal that celebrities are immediately placed on that sometimes compels them not to be oversharing with their fans and followers. Hence, scores of Mafole's industry friends, fans and followers have applauded her for breaking her silence, as the first step to healing.

The love and support the actress have been receiving is quite tremendous, as fellow former Scandal! actress Kgomotso Christopher have applauded Mapula Mafole for her continued compassion for others, despite what she is also experiencing.
