SABC spokesperson Kaizer Kganyago clarifies reports that 'Whose Show Is It Anyway' presenters Khanyi Mbau, Somizi and Ntombi Ngcobo are the only presenters on the SABC radio stations to be re-shuffled.

On Sunday morning Metro FM listeners woke up to the news of a possible change on the radio stations newest show, 'Whose Show Is It Anway' presented by Khanyi Mbau, Somizi and Ntombi Ngcobo.

According to Sunday reports, SABC's General executive for corporate affairs Hlaudi Motsoeneng had allegedly stated that three people, were too much on that specific show and that they needed to add one or two had to be taken somewhere else.

The reports made it seem like 'Whose Show Is It Anyway' was the only programme that was going to be re-shuffled, however in a recent Metro FM interview, SABC's spokesperson, Kaizer Kganyago explained that 'Whose Show Is It Anyway' was not the only show that was going to receive a change but all programmes.

"When they're working together, we'll then move them around, to make sure that we build teams that will work smoothly with each other. And that does not affect this programme, it affects all the programmes."

Kganyago further explained that the re-shuffling off all the SABC stations is really about assisting shows that have a low listenership.

"If you are a good presenter, you can be a good presenter anywhere. You don't have to be a good presenter at Metro FM, if we are struggling somewhere, for example with a listenership of 2000, why don't we place you there, so that you can pick up the numbers.

So for the record we are not going to fire anyone, we are not going to target any individual, we are doing this to make sure that we are the best. People must remember that the top 10 most listened to are from the SABC  but in order to maintain those positions we need to work on the teams that we have and we are very happy with the team that we have." Said Kganyago.
