Minnie Dlamini-Jones has managed to win the hearts of many South Africans throughout the years. Mzansi has seen the star grow and embrace her multi-faceted career.

Her achievements and how she stays winning at life is very admirable. Her determination makes her a superwoman in her own right and there are many lessons  that can be learnt from her life. Here are just three. 

  1. 1. Embrace love
If there’s one person who is full of love, it’s Minnie. The star does all things with love and her love for life can be seen through her eagerness and enthusiasm. Her love can also be seen in how she interacts with the people in her life, and her husband in particular.

The star has publicly expressed her love for her husband on various occasions. Ultimately, she loves herself too. And self-love is important as it is sets the pace for all other relationships we have with others in our lives.

2. Value joy and happiness 
Is there even a time when Minnie isn’t happy? The star strives to live in happiness and positivity, and this can be seen through her smile and how she shares laughs with all around her. 
 
Happiness goes a long way, and Minnie understands this. Her positive attitude has helped her achieve more and this is something we can learn from her. Let’s normalize staying positive and living in happiness. 

 3. Understand the importance of good friendships 
Minnie is seemingly surrounded by good friends. One of her closest friends is her mother who sometimes attends events with her for support. She also has close industry friends including Unathi Nkayi and Nandi Madida.
 
These are friends who help build her and push her to do better, a vital support system through the good and the bad times.
