In 2018, Mohale appeared on Somizi’s reality show and even though it was not scripted, the socialite finds himself in an acting role.
The second season of MTV Shuga: Down has been highly anticipated and now many fans have an even bigger reason to stay captivated to the series after it was announced that Mohale is joining the already star-studded cast.
The Johannesburg-based entrepreneur, model and now actor will be featured on the series to play the role of an openly-gay man.
“As an openly-gay man, I’m fortunate to have the support of my family and my fiancé, Somizi, but not all South African youth, especially those growing up in conservative and traditional households, experience the same level of acceptance. That’s why programmes like MTV Shuga play such a crucial role in informing the youth and helping them realise they are not alone,” said Mohale in an official statement.
“MTV Shuga has proven to be a powerful catalyst for informing and positively affecting the lives of young people across the continent and I am thrilled by the opportunity for dialogue that this role presents. While same-sex marriage is legal in South Africa, so many people are still shunned by those closest to them for being open about their sexuality.”
Wow…i feel like we already know he cannot act. But ke…industry has been opened

Listen Mohale has every right to pursue his dreams within the entertainment industry.
But the public also has the right to question things.
The optics on this do look rather suspect and odd. Sorry. pic.twitter.com/Dem59b3aM7
