The pair took to their social media platforms to celebrate their special day. Musashared a cute video of a behind-the-scenes photoshoot they did and captioned it "A year ago today, we said: “YES!” “I do!” “Sho skhokho”
“Awe ma se kind." Can’t believe it’s already been a year! CRAZY! Happy first marriage anniversary! Happy 2 years together."
Musa recently took to social media to gush over his wife, and said marrying her was the best decision ever. "Marrying Liesl is one of the best things to ever happen to me.  Words fail me," he gushed over her.

DR Musa is no stranger to showering an abundance of love on his wife. He often sings her praises on social media and gets dragged for merely loving her ride or die.
The lovely pairing has been riding together for two years now and they are enjoying their marriage to the fullest. They tied the knot in a traditional wedding ceremony in August last year, after Musa went down on one knee in June to ask her to marry him.

They later had their white wedding. In a post recently he opened up about how he slid into the former Miss South Africa's DM's after being flattered by an image of her posted by Dr Khanyile on her Instagram stories.

“One year ago on this day, the 2nd of July, my dear friend @dr_khanyile posted a picture of @liesllaurie on her IG stories. I commented on this story with a “heart-eyes emoji” and sent @dr_khanyile a voice note highlighting my utter excitement for this post.

“Within the hour I sent @liesllaurie a sweet innocent message and as they say….. the rest is history. Since that day I’ve spoken to @liesllaurie every day, throughout the day. The love of my life and future wife,” Must wrote.

Musa recently gushed over Liesl and said she made him feel like a groupie, whereas the only time he ever felt like one was during Beyoncé's performance at the Global Citizen concert.

"...as soon as I saw this post yesterday, I automatically went into groupie mode. I started commenting on her post saying all the things I could say so I could get her attention. I was standing in the parking lot at work screaming “I WANNA HAVE YOUR BABIES”

He said he is ready to give Laurie babies, "Yes. I am ready and willing. Any day sthandwa sam. Just give me one chance. I’m sure many of you are wondering how this humble, sweet, innocent young man from the Vaal managed to “bag” himself such a queen. Let me tell you this little secret, I also don’t know. All I know is that I’m grateful to have such a loving, kind, sweet, caring and incredible person as a partner. It also doesn’t hurt that she’s this gorgeous."

He recently had to stand up for himself after trolls said he is behaving like a small boy who is dating for the first time. Musa laughed at the negative comments, "Surely some of you here practice witchcraft, surely. Me loving someone surely shouldn’t make you this angry and sad. Niyahlanya [are y'all mad?] Please see someone if you’re going through something. Dirt one side. What do they say? Love and light!"
