Nasty C’s rags-to-riches story continues to inspire many people and he is not one to brag about his achievements on social media.
In a picture posted on his Instagram account, the rapper is seated beside a car, holding flowers. The floor was filled with roses and he captioned the picture with “Married to @mercedesbenzsa .. a true love story.”
Nasty C’s girlfriend is Ntombizodwa Beatrice Sibanyoni, also known as Sammie Heavens. The pair have been riding together for a couple of years now and they are head over in love with each other.
Sammie recently ventured into music and released a four-track E.P titled July in July this year.
Speaking to Drum Magazine, she revealed her creativity goes back a long way. “I’ve always been creative, but it took me a while to believe that what I was creating was good enough to share. The poetry gave birth to Sam the rapper. After sharing my poetry on TikTok and seeing people’s reactions that’s when I thought I might have something.”
Despite writing every song, she was nervous about releasing the EP. “I wrote all the songs earlier in the year and I was scared to put it out. I will be dropping new songs and I am excited for everyone to hear them.
She further revealed that she was scared to tell Nasty C that she wanted to rap.
“I was scared to tell him that I wanted to rap, I was scared he would think I’m not taking it seriously. I didn’t want him to think I am mocking the arts or that I’m just doing it because I saw him become successful off it.
“He inspired the passion and he pushed me to be unapologetic about me pursuing music. He made me fearless after I told him I wasn’t scared of anything,” Sammie added.
