Reportedly, the actress is said to still be a virgin. Back in April, 2022 an article from Indafrica reported that the 28 year old singer and actress is still a virgin. However tweeps are certainly not buy to that as they have called her out for not being a virgin.

On a post made by gossip blogger Musa Khawula where he called out Nelisiwe Sibiya as a bad actress. Tweeps came in their number to name and shame Nelisiwe Sibiya on many other things outside of her acting skills and ability. Another tweep inserted that Nelisiwe Sibiya is still a virgin. However, another tweep commented while rubbishing those claims.
