Us and our unpregnant selves should draw inspiration from Nkateko 'Takkies' Dinwiddie because she's making us look really bad. She's only a few months pregnant but the energy she still has is insane.
It's hard enough to go to the gym without a baby-on-board, now imagine having to wake up early, get ready and get toned all while you are pregnant?
That's waaay too much admin for some of us. Ever since she revealed her baby bump to us, the choreographer has shown no signs of slowing down. In fact it seems as if this belly is making the mommy to be more energised than ever.
Between dancing in heels and working out, Takkies has her fitness goals all in check.

Pregnancy is hard and to be honest, it's not all fun and games even for Takkies who has all the enegy in the world. She has her lazy days too and she needs to talk to herself into it.
"So a lot of people have been asking me where I get all my energy from to workout while being pregnant. To be honest some days I have to talk myself into going to gym and most days I really am genuinely excited for gym. I guess the tough part is actually getting to gym but once I'm there the ball is rolling and I'm on a mission. I also make sure that I'm fueling my body with healthy foods that keep my energy up. Working out makes me feel good and refreshed and seeing results is the cherry on top. Staying fit doesn't have to be boring, choose a workout that works for your personality so that you can stick to a schedule that fits your lifestyle," wrote Takkies on Instagram.
Take it from the fitness Guru herself, working out shouldn't have to be boring and doesn't always have to be done at the gym. Some of you are dancers and that's another effective way to keep fit. Pregnancy is hard and some of you have experienced it but studies show that working out while pregnant will not only keep mommy and baby healthy, but it will help reduce pain during birth.
Even some of your fave's like Kefilwe Mabote and Buhle Samuels prefer dancing as a form of exercise.
Takkies and her hubby are about to have an energetic little baby. Congratulations to them one more time.
