Dubbed 'The Next Big Thing' in Hollywood, Mbatha has been flying the flag very high and making a name for herself. Nomzamo has been mingling with the A-Listers in LA and dancing in the right circles, so her success is one to watch.
Her latest film is the highly anticipated, Coming 2 America and she has been touring around the world to promote it. She has appeared on BBC Africa but now will be talking to the ladies of The Real on March 5.
"We’re kicking off the first week of March with a bang! Former NBA pro @RealLamarOdom drops by, plus rapper Treach is here! Then we’re hanging out with Academy Award-winning costume designer @iamRuthECarter and “Coming 2 America” stars Jermaine Fowler and @NomzamoMbatha," they announced.
The star has been booked and busy hence her reason for not wanting a man.
Speaking to Isolezwe, Nomzamo Mbatha says dating is the last thing on her mind right now as she is focused on her career and making the most out of her stay in the Unites States. She is also focused on getting the bag so having a boyfriend right now will probably make her fumble it.
How can we not mention her feature on the Essence’s 20 Young Black Hollywood stars To Watch list, sitting comfortably at number 9. Boasting about this is what the had to say,
“Nomzamo Mbatha knows no bounds or limitations. While filming Isibaya, she spent time touring Kenyan refugee camps in her role as an UNHCR Ambassador. It is that level of care and commitment that has made her a sought after star in projects like “Tell Me Sweet Something” and “The Jakes Are Missing.” In 2015, she became the first South African to represent Neutrogena and signed a talent management deal with CAA (Creative Artists Agency). Up next, Mbatha will be starring with Eddie Murphy and Arsenio Hall in “Coming 2 America” in a role that’s described as being “kept under lock and key.”
Best wished to you Nomzamo!
