Fans of South Africa’s very own “Mr. Steal Your girl” will be thrilled to find out that he will be appearing on tomorrow night’s episode of Muvhango where he’ll be playing the role of MC at James Motsamai’s (Dingaan Mokebe) wedding.
Vazi has revealed in the past that acting has always been a part of his plans, he just wanted to gain the necessary skills needed before venturing into the craft.
“I’ve always had the plan to go into acting, but I wanted to study it first. And I’ve been very privileged because when I approached Duma kaNdlovu he agreed to have me at the Duma Ndlovu Actors’ Academy (DNA Academy). The DNA Academy aims to bridge the gap between school and the industry for Drama and Performance Arts graduates,” he began, before adding “I haven’t been actively auditioning for roles just yet – I want to learn as much as I can.”

Vazi will actually be playing the role of himself as an MC at James Motsamai’s wedding. “Because of that, I decided to style myself in a suit that viewers will recognize – because I was me,” adds Vazi in a statement.
Muvhango airs on SABC 2 (DSTV channel 192) weekdays at 9pm and you can catch Vazi’s episode on Thursday 29 March 2018.
