Thousands of Gospel lovers gathered at the Big Top Arena, Johannesburg, over the weekend for the recording of Spirit of Praise 6.
Judging by the recording, there’s no arguing that Vol 6 is by far going to be the best volume Spirit Music has ever produced.
Featuring some of South Africa’s biggest Gospel names such as Winnie Mashaba, Rhofhiwa, Dumi Mkokstad, and Dr Tumi, the show was truly Gospel at its finest.
Legendary Gospel singer, Pastor Benjamin Dube, was honoured for his work in the Gospel industry and the late Vuyo Mokoena’s life was also celebrated.
The crowd found itself on its feet as Rhofiwa and Dumi Mkokstad performed the late star’s hit songs.
One other song that was a crowd favourite was Prophet Neyi Zimu’s prayer song “Re tshepile wena”. That song is going to be a hit!
We seriously can’t wait for the release.
