On Mother’s Day, the actress shared a throwback picture, whilst a young Thando is adorable, the star shared that is not the point of the throwback.
The personality shared a rather funny story of how her parents blew up and framed a picture of themselves in a plane and placed it in the middle of their lounge.
Thando joked that every time someone walked into their house they knew that her parents were once on a plane and get to hear about them going to Singapore.
“They flew to Singapore and they wanted EVERYONE to know it!!! When you walked into our house you knew they were once on a plane, they’d tell you it was to Singapore, faces with tears of joy. I’m forever grateful coz now I can fly to Singapore or anywhere else in the world 🙏🏾…well after lockdown,” shared Thando.
Thando’s followers also shared some of the things their parents, used to show off their success moments, that include those iconic leather couches. Whilst some couldn’t help but admire how the star has not changed much over the years.
