She first entered the acting industry as Miriam in the 2005 Oscar-winning, Foreign Language film Tsotsi and now Terry Pheto is set to make waves as Winnie Madikizela Mandela in an upcoming Madiba TV series.
The Madiba series first premiered on BET in the United States. Terry Pheto is acting alongside stalwarts such as Laurence Fishburne who plays the role of Nelson Mandela and Orlando Jones who plays the role of Oliver Reginald Tambo.

As we all know, Ms. Pheto always manages to impress the viewers with her acting, and once again she did not leave room for mediocre.

Terry is perfect for this role, she is not only a good actress, but she also has a bit of Winnie Madikizela's resemblance in her.
