South Africa's pride, Ndlovu Youth Choir, delivered a powerful tribute to Africa during their finale performance on America's Got Talent.
We were first introduced to the talented ensemble when their rendition of Ed Sheeran's 'Shape of you' went viral. They then sent goosebumps all across the AGT stage during their audition and have been rocking the crowd all the way to the finale.
The best part about these young singers and performers is that they always have a proudly South African or African element in their performances.
"Tonight we were proud young ambassadors of a united Africa. Africa has the worlds youngest population and our hope is that our performance reflected the talent, opportunity and potential of millions of young people. One nation, one continent," the choir explained
Take a look at their final performance in the competition. They shut down the finals!
Meanwhile, legendary talkshow host Felicia Mabuza paid the choir a visit prior to their final performance and after their amazing rendition of Toto's Africa, she was there to congratulate them. All they want is pap... and we understand, they have been gone for over a month... being homesick is not a joke.
We are crossing our fingers that they win the competition because they are already victorious.
