The 28-year-old rapper died on March 11 after collapsing at the Expo Centre in Johannesburg at the Ultra Music Festival. His family has not yet disclosed details about his funeral, but according to reports, his memorial was arranged for Thursday.

His memorial service was scheduled to take place on Thursday, but in a turn of events, his team has revealed that it will no longer take place today. According to TimesLIVE, due to the Titch Gang's desire to attend, the Mpumalanga-born rapper's memorial service has been postponed.

“As we know, Costa was about inclusivity and unity. He would have loved to have everyone he loved and who supported him to be there.

“Thank you for understanding and the continuous love and support you have shown the family, friends, and team.”

A new date and venue for the memorial will be announced, along with a live stream on YouTube. His family released a statement earlier this week. They said they were deeply saddened by the loss of their son.

“It is with deep pain that we find ourselves having to acknowledge his passing at this time.”

”Death has tragically knocked at our door. Robbing us of our beloved son, brother, and grandson, Constantinos Tsobanoglou, 28.” Tributes continue pouring in for the rapper whose shock death has sent shockwaves across the world.

The organizers of Ultra SA released a statement last week, paying tribute to Costa Titch. Part of the statement read: "We are devastated by the sudden loss of the beloved South African artist Costa Titch, who tragically passed away this weekend.

"Our deepest thoughts and most sincere sympathies are with his family, friends, and our entire community who are together mourning this heartbreaking loss."
