Trevor Noah has announced that he will be heading to Mzansi for his Trevor Noah Live in South Africa tour.
As per his announcement, Trevor said he partnered with Savanna Premium Cider for the tour which is slated to take place between August and September 2023.
"South Africa!! I’ve teamed up with Savanna for 12 shows from 31 AUG – 15 SEP 2023. Tickets go on sale tomorrow at 9am local…Can't wait to come home!!" he tweeted.
Last year, Noah revealed that he would going on a tour but excluded South Africa from the places he would be visiting.
This angered his fans who were really looking forward to seeing him.
His Back To Normal World Tour kicked off in September and his first stop was in America and Europe.
"I’m excited to announce my first-ever digital collectible! This is a limited-edition collectible that commemorates my upcoming tour," Trevor announced. “The pandemic shut us down for a while but now we are back . I'll be on the road in the fall.”
"UK, Iceland, Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Germany, & Canada dates are already up on my website! Will be adding more world to the world tour soon. Stay tuned."
Trevor had been doing very well in his career as The Daily Show host that he took a break from comedy for a while.
It took encouragement from comedy kings Dave Chappelle and Chris Rock who urged him to get back on stage, "When you haven’t been on stage in almost a year and Chappelle tells you it’s time to get back on stage, you get back on stage!
"Few things in this life have meant more to me than having these two legends as my mentors and friends. All 3 of us share a love for stand up that only fellow comedians can truly understand, and it’s easy to keep that love going when you get to share a stage with the greatest to ever do it! DC. It’s time to get back on stage, let’s do this people!"
Fans are super excited for Trevor's return:
