Vuyo Ngcukana aka Schumi Schumi to all fans who watch Mzansi Magic's The Queen has undoubtedly become one of our favourite actors in the industry.
However, it has not been a walk in the park for Vuyo who has been wanting to get into the industry for a while now. Just like many hard working actors out there, Vuyo has worked his way from the ground up and is finally enjoying the fruits of his labor
Here are a few things we did not know about Vuyo:
Rumour is he dated actress and model, Lerato Moloi, oh if you don't know who Lerato is, it's this lady.
Before Vuyo made it big he worked as a call centre agent
He used to study public relations but soon dropped out to support his family
His job as a call centre agent helped him to do different accents.
He's auditioned for many Mzansi Magic productions which include The Road and Greed & Desire
Vuyo is close friends with Thembisa Mdoda.
Vuyo is also a father of three beautiful girls.
According to an interview on Drum Magazine, even though he may play a gay character on TV he is very much comfortable in his sexuality and used to cross-dress in high school as he wore mini-skirts and pantyhose.
