With her success came a lot of backlash from the ordinary Mzansi citizens to the famous, the rich and A-listers. In her book, Bare: The Cradle Of The Hockey which was published in 2019. The book won her adult fiction award at the SA Book Awards. Phamotse spilled how some of Mzansi’s beloved well-known and famous husbands of certain equally famous wives were a part of the Bryanston Hockey Club in Johannesburg. It had been exactly 3 years after Jackie Phamotse’s second controversial book ‘Bare: The Cradle of the Hockey Club’ was released. It appears fans will have to wait a little longer for another read from her. As Phamotse’s is still basking on her simply and quite life yet very impactful to some.
