But sorry guys it doesn't seem like we'll have most of the original cast members, but the likes of Pearl Thusi, Menzi Ngubane, Thapelo Mokoena and Connie Chiume will star in the lengthy film.
The news was announced on Aluta Film Festival's Twitter page recently.

And the response to the news by the public was somewhat mixed.
Some people thought that somethings should just be left in the past.

Whilst others aren't too happy with some of the cast members.

While other people prefer to see the original cast featured in the film, but seeing that not much has been said about the overall cast members, maybe some of its original cast acts are in the movie as well.
We'll just have to wait until more information about the film comes out.

They could have used the old cast. Most of them are still alive and still acting. Jet Novuka, Thembi Seete, Meshack Mavuso, Israel Makoe, Zola 7 the list is endless.
