A lot of beer drinkers are skeptical about the idea of Castle Milkstout, namely the sweetness of the beer but that actually counts in it's favour when it comes to cooking.
Castle Milkstout was kind enough to host us at their first ever #CMSChefsTable at the 2017 edition of the annual DSTV Delicious Food and Music Festival. The menu was conceptualized by Gemelli owner, Alessandro Khojane and founder of Cafe Tibz, Tebello 'Tibz' Motsoane who spent the day taking various guests through a three course meal.
Those who had their chance to see what Tibz and Alessandro had cooked up got to enjoy the music out on the Castle Milkstout VIP terrace (when it wasn't raining).
