Top sporting stars, celebrities and icons will make their way to the Virgin Active Sport Industry Awards on February 23, and they’ll make the event one of the most high-profile in South Africa!

Personalities such as Paralympic gold medalist Oscar Pistorius, former Bafana Bafana stars Lucas Radebe and Mark Fish, surfer Roxy Louw and golfer Thomas Aiken will grace the event with other stars such as model Kerry McGregor and former Springbok captain Bob Skinstad.

The celebrities will attend the event with the hopes of winning one of the awards categories, which including marketing, PR, sponsorship, design and more, and agencies, brands, corporates, sports clubs and governing bodies who work so hard for the sports industry will be recognised for their contribution.

Skinstad will be the host of the ceremony again, following the launch of the awards last year, and other national and international stars will attend to rub shoulders with the people who have the most influence in the sports industry.

Mark Fish said the awards were “one of the highlights of last year”, while Roxy Louw is looking forward to the “perfect mix of sport and glamour”.
