Almost every girl wanted to be Khanyi Dhlomoor Connie Ferguson, these women have been inspiring many for years and they are still moving forward and continuing inspiring more people to date.
Basetsana Kumalo was born in Soweto and crowned Miss South Africa in 1994, and showed everyone that she is not only blessed with beauty, but with brains as well when she shifted to the business side of the media industry.
Today she holds an executive position at Tswelepele Productions, a television production company which produces Top Billing and Pasella to name a few.
Khanyi Dhlomo is the founder and CEO of Ndalo Media a company which publishes a women empowerment magazine, Destiny. In 1995 at age 20 while she was still a Journalism student at Witwatersrand she was appointed as a newsreader for SABC 1 evening news. At age 22 this Kwazulu Natal born media darling was appointed as editor of True Love magazine
Connie Ferguson is known to many for playing Karabo Moroka on the SABC 1 soapie, Generations. Over the past few years, South African has watched Connie spread her wings to TV production. Together with her husband Shona, Connie owns Ferguson Films, a production company that has entertained South Africa with drama series such as Igazi and The Queen to name a few.
Carol Bouwer is not only beautiful, but she is smart and definitely unforgettable. Her 90s role on Generations as Kgomotso will always come to mind whenever the word Carol Bouwer is mentioned to us, oh remember she also used to be the presenter of youth dating show Buzz?
Fastforward to 2017 andcCarol is a TV producer and businesswoman, she is the founder and CEO of CarolBouwer Productions.
