In a statement recently released by the Tsambo family, it's confirmed that they have taken into consideration Lerato's urgent court papers to halt HHP's funeral and that the family's lawyer is dealing with the situation.
According to a statement given to ENCA, the Tsambo family consider the court papers given to them as outrageous.
"As law-abiding citizen's we have full confidence in our courts and believe that a reasonable outcome in the interest of justice will be arrived at,” said family representative, Nkululeko Ncana.
“In the immediate, we will not be responding to Ms Sengadi's outrageous and sensational claims contained in her founding affidavit, which seek to impugn the good image and person of Jabba.
"At the appropriate time, the shameful untruths peddled with the aim soliciting sympathy from an unsuspecting public will be adequately addressed.” Read the statement.
The Tsambo family considers this entire debacle as a sad case and very much in bad taste, the family has also stated that instead of mourning him, people are just prioritizing their own personal interest.
However, despite the drama that is surrounding HHP's death, the Tsambo family insist that the rapper's funeral will take place this Saturday at his hometown of Mahikeng.
Times Live has confirmed that Jabba will be buried at the Heroes Acre at the Mmabatho cemetery.
The rappers casket will also be taken through the streets of Mahikeng on Friday as confirmed by Premier Job Mokgoro’s spokesman Vuyisile Ngesi.
