Maps and Nomzamo take New York

There's a running industry joke that Maps Maponyane never turns down an invitation and it looks like he got so tired of the local scene that he decided to go international.

The Top Billing presenter and his lady, actress, Nomzamo Mbatha hopped on a jet and flew to New York for what looked like an epic weekend.

The Hamptons is one of New York's most posh areas and is a favourite getaway spot for the rich and famous. Which is probably why Zamo and Maps were out there for their VC Polo Classic event.

They kicked off the festivities with a rooftop party courtesy of the luxury brand and the couple were dressed to kill. Nomzamo stunned in a royal blue jumpsuit and those dreads that have us believing that it is the hairstyle she was meant to have all her life.

While her beau looked equally phly in head-to-toe Dolce & Gabbana

The pair did it all again the next day for the actual Polo match and boy did Nomzamo slay!

Maps also managed to turn heads with his outfit.

One head in particular; that of legendary actor (amongst millenials), How I Met Your Mother's Neil Patrick Harris.

Those of you who watched the show know that Harris' character was all about great suits and beautiful women so it's only natural that Harris gravitated towards Maponyane. He pulled up looking dapper with a gorgeous, intelligent, successful woman at his side. No wonder the dude looks so happy, he has unlocked this life thing.

So much so that he lost us a bit with this caption...

If you get it, good for you but we were honestly like "huh?", until this tweep saved us.

At least we didn't phapha like this guy.
