The hip-hop pioneer passed away on Wednesday and as the hip-hop fraternity and fans try to come to terms with his passing, details of his memorial and funeral service have been released.
According to Sunday Sun, Prokid's memorial service will be held on the 16th of August, he will then be laid to rest on the 19th of August on Sunday.
Details about the venue or his place of rest have not yet been revealed.
Rapper's like AKA have requested that ProKid be given a state funeral as he is well deserving of such a send-off.
