Wiseman Mncube who has become quite popular for his role as the cold-hearted Jama on Mzansi Magic's latest telenovela - eHostela is steadily becoming one of our favourite local actors on TV currently.

Wiseman has quite a lot of great things going for him, many might know him as just an actor but Wiseman is actually an all-around entertainer as he's also a playwright and a director.

The actor is also a firm favourite in the theatre circles.

Wiseman has had the pleasure of working in theatre plays such as Nothing But The Truth, Meet Bro Six Two, Culture Clash, Amambazo The Musical, Have We Been Heard and Mashu the Musical.

However, Wiseman has also solidified himself as a very strong television actor as well, even though he is primarily a theatre actor.

Wiseman has appeared on a number of telenovela's such as etv's Gold Diggers where he played the roles of Themba and Gus.

He also plays the role of Sibonelo on Uzalo season 5.

We've also had the pleasure of watching Wiseman on shows such as Ring of Lies, Mamello, Sokhulu and Partners, Ingozi and his most recent role to date on eHostela.

The actor graduated with a diploma in Drama at Durban University of Technology back in 2011 and ever since he graduated Wiseman has continued to remain focused on his craft as an actor.

Wiseman's role on eHostela has been praised by many who are avid viewers of the show.

Here are a couple of reactions from people who have come to not only love but respect Wiseman's role on eHostela.

It's also quite interesting to know that he and Zola Nombona actually go way back, now fastfoward to 2019 and here they are both acting in one of the most watched Sunday shows on Mzansi Magic.

Respect to Wiseman for being such a great talent, we can only hope to see more of his talent in many other TV and theatre shows in the future.

We're also most excited about next year's SAFTAs as we have a good feeling that he may receive a lot of nominations and hopefully win more than one SAFTAs come the year 2020.
