The star started her career as a radio jock and over time, she has solidified herself as one of South Africa's most diverse personalities who successfully dabbles in radio, television and now business with her newly formed production company, Roses and Oaks.
Taking to Twitter, The Voice host announced that she will be interviewing international stars at this years Academy Awards.
"I will be hosting the red carpet at the Oscars this year for MNET and MNET MOVIES ...and the Oscar goes to...you for making sure you don’t miss the biggest award show on earth," she wrote. Take a look at the post below:

Anele takes over the role of hosting the Academy Awards red carpet from Lalla Hirayama who hosted the Mnet show last year.
Speaking of her excitement at the time, Lalla said, “It’s still sinking in. We’re off to the Oscars in a few days! This has to be the highlight of my entire career. I’m so grateful to be given the opportunity to represent South Africa for the first time in Oscar history!" began Lalla, before adding, "there’s a lot of work to do leading up to the 4th of March but I’m ready to take it on by the horns.
