Gqom singer, Babes Wodumo, has finally broken her silence on the disapproval she had received from Mzansi since she and Mampintsha ‘rekindled their romance’ and announced a song together. They mocked and sang about the alleged assault incident she endured at the hands of Mampintsha in March.
Calling for some of her fans to 'cancel' the star, for returning to the hands of her abuser and a list of other things (those late court appearances, her friendship circle, her behaviour recently, that song etc).

But it appears that the Wololo singer is over the messiness of the fans. Babes recently told one of her followers to mind her own business and stay out of the private business of two people.
This came after the Instagram follower was one of many to slam the Gqom artist for not using her celebrity status properly and playing with people's emotions.
Babes told the follower in Zulu to mind her own business and leave her alone.
"Ey sis naka izindaba zakho... uphume ezindabeni zabant ababili..." Babes replied to the packed comment.
Her fans seemed to have more outraged at her comment and wrote that she will never learn from her mistakes, and called her an attention-seeker.
Seems like the public could stand to be a little more kind-hearted as opposed to being bullies but they aren't wrong to voice their concerns or disappointment.
It's all sticks and stones at this point, we'll wait to see how Babes handles this one.
