Amongst many A-listers serving body goals, Cassper Nyovest has one of the most inspirational body transformations in the industry, and after the festive season Cassper is determined to inspire many others to join him on his fitness journey, partnering with Bar One, Cassper Nyovest lead the workout finale at the University of Johannesburg, Soweto Campus last Saturday.
With the help of gym leaders from different regions in the country, many gathered for a fun workout to reach their fitness goals in the new year. Rapper Cassper Nyovest who has had a massive body transformation shared his knowledge not only about his body transformation but also about his health and how health has become more important to him.
Speaking to ZAlebs about his fitness journey, Cassper shared that he was fed up with getting tired walking up the stairs and that he wanted to look better than he did
“My brand is really about chasing dreams and growing...I wasn’t really into the gym thing...everything I do has to be authentic to my real life, so I started exercising because I personally felt like I didn’t like the way my body was starting to take shape...I didn’t like how I felt when I walked upstairs or after I got off stage, so I wanted to get more fit and I also wanted to look better.”
Cassper went on to add that he was excited to go back to the gym, and that one of his goals for this year is to be on the cover of a health magazine.
“I think it’s important for celebrities and public figures to teach and empower people with information...I’m going back to the gym next Monday...I’m giving myself about eight months to reach my goal, I’m really really tryna get a Cosmo or a Men Health cover…”
With Cassper and many health influencers, many gave been left inspired and ready to kickstart 2018.
