Rapper Gigi Lamayne took to social media posting an almost revealing image of herself on set of her recent music video and out of all the people on social media that came for the rapper, radio presenter and writer Gugulethu Mhlungu seems to have stood out.
In a series of tweets Gigi Lamayne rants about a women - referring to Gugulethu - shaming her about her body saying:
"I have learned to also understand that Twitter is not face value. People say ugly things, hiding behind a phone, to please people who don’t even like them."
Gigi later goes on to name the woman - which turned out to be Gugu - saying that she shouldn't be bringing women down as a feminist, referring to her recent fall-out of the Bonang Matheba book.
Gugu went on to respond to some of the rapper's tweets saying that she was not the only person who had noticed the faults in the image and that many had commented on her craft, yet Gigi had decided to come after her.
Gigi went on to add that Gugu should stay in her 'age bracket', mentioning that it was not the first time that the presenter rants on Twitter about another artist or celebrity as she is a bully to many in the industry.
"...there’s a lot I could say about you. These other people can say whatever but jy Aunty? Never! You can’t tell me. Stay in your lane and age bracket too please!!"
At the end of the series of tweets, Gigi says "I'm done" after saying that Gugu had blocked her on social media after trolling her on social media.
