This kind of move from iFani keeps us wondering whether he's pulling a stunt as a way of preparing his fans for a possible comeback.
If that is the case then some could regard it as a cheap shot as Anatii has gained a reputation of creating wholesome quality music.
It all started with an innocuous inquiry from a curious Tweep, who wondered if iFani has ever borrowed his pen game to Anatii, hence they almost share some kind of a sonic correlation and have strong roots in Port Elizabeth in the Eastern Cape.
The Tweep was probably never ready for iFani's fiery response.
He's not from around here

We do not recognize his Xhosa
But we love the effort.
Hay'lona, umbona.

Stirring the pot is not a new sport to iFani as hip hop heads could easily recall an episode that occurred a few years ago whereby he crossed swords with fellow rapper, Cassper Nyovest after labelling his music ''trash'' and heavily advised the Phumakim hitmaker to never consider shooting a music video for his smash hit, Tito Mboweni.(of which he did, and it was actually a good video).
However it seems he sings a different tune now.
Yah, I do.

He's so rich
And so fit
And so awesome on the mic.
Now, can someone reload my music on Apple? https://t.co/bOaEzDc7wU
The #MuteiFani seemingly had a negative impact on the rapper as he acknowledged that the vile campaign almost worked as his music is no longer loaded on Apple Music.
There was a #MuteiFani movement

By my haters.
It sort of worked.
Kinda. https://t.co/YURUwwQ9gl
This kind of move from iFani has proved to rub a lot of people the wrong way as many regard Anatii as a musical genius, who could miss no beat.
Nigga outchea actin up.... Expired soup!!!!

Beefs are quite a thing within the world of hip hop, however in iFani's case, this move might be quite detriment to his already dwindling music career. Perhaps this was not the best thing to do on his end as Anatii is a well respected and one of the most hard working artist in South Africa.
