The actress is best known for her roles on youth drama series - Backstage as Keketso and as Dineo Mashaba on Generations plus, she has given us over 10 years of onscreen entertainment.
With a B.A degree in Theatre Performance and Gender Studies from the University of Cape Town, Katlego performed in several theatre productions before her famous stint in Generations.
She also performed in plays including the Suit, King Lear and Macbeth amongst other commercial appearances for clover, Honda and Vanish products.
Petite, she may be, Katlego has managed to create a monstrous career for herself not only as an actress but as a presenter on Powerball as well.
The 39-year-old has evolved over the years with a drama-filled exit from Generations which saw her take a gap from soapies as she focused on motherhood and presenting gigs.
However, the end to her role on Generations did not mean an end to Katlego’s career as she has since bagged other roles including Kgothalo on Isidingo.
A lovable character she is, Katlego has managed to keep her life together avoiding any controversies in the media.
As it stands Katlego has been involved with the Johannesburg Children’s Home and the Abram Kriel Children’s home as well as heading HIV campaigns and motivational talks with youths across the country.
