Details about Sophie Ndaba’s relationship with Kenny Kunene might soon be out for everyone to see.
This comes after it was reported that Kenny is writing a tell-all-book about their affair, which was eight years ago. Kenny was still married at the time, while Sophie had no knowledge of this. She reportedly dumped him after finding out.
One of Kenny’s associates told Sunday World that the businessman wrote that he broke up with Sophie because she was “toxic” to him.
The associate, who wanted to remain annonymous, said he thinks Kenny is using Sophie as a tool to promote his book.
Sophie explained to the paper how she and Kenny met: “I met Kenny when he was still living in Roodepoort. We started dating after he told me he was no longer with his wife…”
She said she trusted him. She also added: “He was an outstanding man. But all that came to nothing when I discovered he was still seeing his wife and they were not divorced.”
“He even cheated on me with other girls. I just told myself I didn’t want to be a nyatsi or a marriage wrecker. I called it quits. I didn’t go public because I did not want it to look as if I was judging him.”
Speaking about the book, she told Sunday World: “This happened about eight years ago. I was hurt. Now he is evoking painful memories of the past of the pain he inflicted upon me. I learnt there were other women in the book, but he is using me as a tool to market it. I’m disappointed.”
