Lira has warned her fans not to fall victim of a current scam that is currently going viral on Facebook.

Apparently, the word on the street is that Lira has left The Voice SA and is allegedly endorsing some product.

The singer put a stop to the rumors and confirmed that this was fake news and a scam.

"FAKE NEWS alert!! This article going around FB claiming that I have left @VoiceSA to go into the beauty industry is completely fake. Please alert your friends and family not to fall prey to this. I have absolutely nothing to do with this product and it’s merely a fraudulent post meant to get people to make a purchase and have their credit cards scammed!" - She wrote in a recent Instagram post.

Hectic, we are glad she cleared her name.
