The Metro FM DJ took to social media yesterday to share her anger at the sexual harassment ordeal her sister reportedly faced after a night out at the new Sandton hot spot, Onyx.
The media personality took to Twitter to seek answers from the club's team but she initially tagged the wrong Larry (presumably after misunderstanding in a fit of rage).
She later apologized...
Before finding the right person (who is apparently a promoter at the club) and tagging him. She did manage to get in contact with the club's owner in able to obtain video footage of the incident in question.
One of Loot's followers even shared her experience of the conduct of the staff at the club.
Ohhh my the bouncers at Onyx are out of order. Was there with my bf and couple of friends, and this bouncer was busy trying to whisper sweet nothings in my ear, and my bf was there. Hr even tried to follow me to the loo. Ignored him though.👏👏disappointed— LeeRaTour (@BootyAss_Lee) January 8, 2018
The club as a brand doesn't seem too moved as they have yet to address the matter publically. It's quite telling how many choose to react to this side of club life, often choosing to brush it off as something that "just happens" as opposed to something that needs to change.
