Finally, the year felt like it was sinking in and the new year's resolutions had either stuck or left us.

Whatever you've chosen to do, you still stuck around to hear and read drama in ZAlebville, so here are the best and most interesting stories of March 2019.

9. Samkelo Strips Down
We love it when our local celebrities embrace their bodies - it is pretty refreshing. Since Samkelo Ndlovu gave birth to her baby, she has been vocal about a lot of issues that affect women in the entertainment industry. In a trip to Cape Town, the actress shared sultry snaps of herself in a bikini and ...what a wow.

A picture truly does tell a thousand words, doesn't it? One glance at the recent photograph of musicians and seemingly couple, DJ Zinhle and AKA, it was quite obvious that love lives there. These two were photographed during a special and sacred moment as they smooched away, with no care in the world.
And of course the Twitter streets were lit on fire.

Babes Wodumo shocked the nation a Sunday night (and this shock rippled into Monday morning) after sharing a video in which her on-and-off lover, Mampintsha, was hitting her. The biggest concern was Babes Wodumo's safety. Luckily, according to Natasha Thahane, the Gqom Queen was reported to be safe.

Things had allegedly taken a rather bitter turn for the family of the reality show, Uthando Nes'thembu on Mzansi Magic. There were reports of cracks in their seemingly well oiled polygamous marriage.

Word on the streets was that Yvonne MaYeni - Mseleku and Mbali MaNgwabe - Mseleku had allegedly left the Mseleku complex after a heated argument between themselves, Musa and Thobile MaKhumalo - Mseleku.

The wives were allegedly at loggerheads with Musa's third wife, MaKhumalo who did the unthinkable by bringing in an unknown woman from Mpendle in KwaZulu-Natal, who was believed to be a surrogate because it is widely known that MaKhumalo has fertility issues.

Shuu! the drama.

But other than spinning the deck, DJ Zinhle is back on the list, making our heads spin in this article:

DJ Zinhle and AKA stay loved up like it was Valentines Day and we’re not jealous of all this positive energy.

The parents of little Kairo Forbes were snapped publicly sharing a kiss before Zinhle took to the stage in Umlazi, Durban to spin the decks - keeping the public on its toes and speculating if the couple were officially back together.

Love clearly lives here as the next big article is proof of it...

During his illustrious acting career, Themba Ntuli has been on some of Mzansi's most iconic shows, but he is mostly known for his role on Rhythm City.

Pictures of the star and his bride surfaced online and many people were keen to congratulate the actor on his commitment.

Oh my, here we go...AKA took to social media to give us a sub-tweet about his  #AKAOchestraOnTheSquare show that took place the same weekend that his ex, Bonang's launch of her sparkling wine House of BNG.
Taking to her Instagram stories, Bonang posted a bunch of roses she received from her mysterious man. If you are feeling jealous, it's completely normal. We've asked a doctor.

It was announced that Babes Wodumo would appear in front of members of the press for a media briefing following the viral video in which her ex-boyfriend (at the time) Mampintsha, physically assaulted her.

Babes was not in attendance for the 8min conference and her father stood in to apologize on her behalf for absence. But even though she wasn't in attendance, this would not be the last time we would hear or see about Mampintsha and Babes' tumultuous relationship.
