Following yesterday’s drama between Riky Rick and Mabala Noise Entertainment, a Twitter account posing as popular hip hop website, SA Hip Hop Blog, came forward with claims that it had access to the “real” winners list of the 16th Annual Metro FM music awards.
“They are all lies. The voting was not even administered by Metro FM, they were done by an external company counting the SMS votes and they were audited,” said SABC spokesman Kaizer Kganyago speaking to Sowetan Live.
Kganyago went on to add that “If anyone wishes to know about the voting system, they are welcome to come and ask at the SABC.”
