Its Monday but you can save yourself from starting off the week in the colour blue. If you’re anything like us, scrolling through your Insta feed involves lusting after clothes, drooling at picture-perfect foodie creations.

Now thanks to social media, if you don’t know where to start, here is a list of fitness gurus you can follow for your daily dose of fitness inspiration. Getting motivated has never been easier – just check out our list of fab and fit IG accounts to follow and it’s off to the gym you go!

There’s a reason why Queen Fitness reigns supreme for overall fitness goals. She knows exactly how to string together an intense workout that’ll have you sweating in no time. Her smile and unbelievable energy make you feel like you can achieve (almost) all the things she can do.

For those of you who think burpees are a walk in the park, you’ll love Mapule even more. She’s known as the queen of burpees and incorporates burpee variations into many of her workouts.

She is the entrepenuer, a model, an ambassador, a fitness fanatic and she kick major butt in everything she does. This beauty goes hard at the gym and with a body like that, you'll be itching to get a personal trainer.

The co-founders of Pop Up Gym know better than anyone that any time is a good time for working out. With workout events all across the country, these incredible women will have you swallowing all your excuses. Their workouts are designed to help you work out anywhere and any time. 5. Sbahle Mpisane

Mpisane, commonly known as the “Fitness Bunny”, has earned herself a number of followers by sharing her exercise routine and meal preparations.

She is admired by many for her toned and curvaceous body. The Fitness Bunny is slowly curving her way in the fitness industry with her boot camps, fitness programmes and health campaigns.

She suggests that people should prioritise the gym the way you would any important meeting.
